User Request Attention and Management Process in a
Public Entity.
Process Description
The process starts when a user submits a request to
the public entity. After that, the information provided by the user is reviewed
to verify that it is complete. If some information is missing, the user is
asked to correct or complete it. When all the information is complete, the
request is registered and sent to the corresponding department for analysis.
Next, the responsible officer evaluates the request
and determines whether it meets the established requirements. If the request
does not meet the requirements, a justified negative response is issued. If the
request meets all the requirements, it is approved and a favorable response is
sent to the user.
